The City of Chandler requires all artists that sale art at the ArtWalk to have a valid sales tax license. You are not required to have a license if you wish to display art only as NOT FOR SALE. Some artists feel the exposure, feedback, and future sales still make the display option viable.

You will need to submit two images of your typical work that will be on display at the ArtWalk to complete the application process, along with a check, or online payment of $50.00. Once registration, images, and application fee is received, the Guild will review your application and notify you of your exhibit status. If you are denied the opportunity to exhibit at the ArtWalk, any funds submitted will be returned.
